Third Party Agreement
General Information
MCA is delivering the following nationally recognised training under the direction of HITsa Training & Employment, RTO Code 40200, being the principal provider.
- Course 1: SITHFAB021 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Course 2: SITHIND005 SITXFSA005 – Hygiene Practices
- Course 3: SITHFAB025 – Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
- Course 4: SITHFAB022 SITHFAB023 – Bar Operations
- Course 5: SITHFAB027 – Food and Beverage Service
Compliance
HITsa Training & Employment (HITsa), and MCA must comply with the NVR Act and the Standards for RTOs in relation to:
- recruiting prospective students
- delivering training and/or assessment for training products
- providing related educational and student support services
- issuing qualifications and/or statements of attainment.

Policies & Procedures
HITsa has established policies that provide the framework for compliance with RTO Standards 2015. As a party to the third party agreement, MCA is obliged to also operate in line with HITsa’s policies. The policies can be accessed HERE
Qualifications
The Issuing of all qualifications and/or statements of attainment will be in the name of HITsa Training & Employment, being the principal provider (and registered training organisation approved to deliver nationally recognised training).
