SITHFAB027 – Serve Food & Beverage

The Food & Beverage training course equips you with essential skills and knowledge for food and beverage service. You’ll learn how to prepare for service, carry three plates, set, clear, and reset tables, carry a tray of drinks, and take customer orders.

SITHFAB027 – Serve Food & Beverage

Training will be conducted at the following sites

Adelaide City – Level 2/282 Gouger St, Adelaide SA 5000

Training will include a mix of self-paced, theory and practical study and assessment will include a combination of both theory knowledge and practical observation.
